Platform policy draft — owner approval required

PraxaKata Privacy Notice

This owner-reviewable draft describes implemented PraxaKata features, including the personal Microsoft Teams reminder pilot. It is not final policy.

Account and member data

PKV is the central member identity service. It processes account, sign-in, verification, recovery and account-lifecycle information needed to provide member access. MFA secrets and connected-service tokens are stored encrypted; recovery codes are stored as one-way hashes. Security and member activity records are designed not to store secret values.

Member tools and content

Members may create reminders, notifications, My Vault content, notes, projects, uploads and other supported tool content. Access controls are owner-scoped. Private Vault delivery is marked private and no-store. Some Member Quick processing is temporary; persistent Vault content follows its selected supported workflow. Planned tools or future integrations are not described as active processing.

Connected services

A member may choose to connect supported services. Connection records include the provider identity and encrypted credentials needed for the selected feature. A member can disconnect a service; implemented disconnection clears stored access and refresh tokens for that connection. Provider processing is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Notifications and Quick Alerts

Quick Alerts process reminder titles, schedules, timezones, delivery settings and occurrence records. Internal notifications and optional configured delivery channels are independent. Delivery records support safe retries and suppression of unavailable channels.

Microsoft Teams pilot

Teams is optional. A signed-in PKV member may link only an existing active Microsoft Connected Service identity to a personal bot chat. The link stores Microsoft Entra object and tenant identifiers, bot application identifier, personal conversation identifier and trusted service URL. PraxaKata sends that member’s reminder message to that personal conversation after opt-in. It does not create a PKV, Microsoft or Entra account, use email-only matching, or support channels, group chats or shared-recipient delivery.

Retention, security and controls

Pending Teams conversations are short-lived. Unlinking, uninstall, ineligibility or permanent delivery failure disables Teams delivery without deleting reminders. Implemented account lifecycle, deletion, retention and backup practices vary by feature; no universal duration, hosting location, backup guarantee or security guarantee is made here. Members can manage reminders, delivery preferences, Teams linking and supported connected services. Contact [email protected].
