Platform terms draft — owner approval required
PraxaKata Terms of Service
These owner-reviewable draft terms cover the implemented PraxaKata platform and its optional Teams pilot. They are not final terms.
Platform access
PKV membership and central authentication govern access to member tools, My Vault, connected services, Quick Alerts and notifications where enabled. Members are responsible for their account credentials and for content, reminders and connections they choose to create or authorize.
Content and tools
Tools provide supported workflows only. My Vault and member tools are member-scoped; availability of a planned capability is not promised. Members should use supported upload and connection paths and must not rely on platform notifications or reminders as their sole time-critical notice.
Connected services and Teams
Third-party services are optional and remain subject to their own terms. The Teams bot is personal-chat only: an existing member links a verified existing Microsoft connection after sending an initial bot message. It can create, list and cancel that member’s reminders and deliver opted-in reminders. No Teams-only membership, channel, group-chat, organization-wide installation, delegated Graph access or reminders for other people are supported.
Availability and disconnection
Delivery depends on the platform, provider availability, account eligibility and connection state. A member may disconnect a supported service or remove the Teams link. PraxaKata may safely suppress a delivery that is unavailable, uninstalled or no longer eligible.
